Heritage Real Estate was formed on the 1st March 1994. The company started with a father son combination of George & Darin Butcher and a secretary/property manager. With hard work and great determination, the team grew and in 1996 the team had six, four sales people a secretary/ administration in Tricia Butcher (wife & mother) and a property manager. That year Heritage became an EAC Multi-List agent in which it is still associated with today. In 1997 Heritage Real Estate won its first award for Central Coast Most Outstanding Real Estate. Heritage then set itself from all other Real Estate agencies when it expanded it's office across the road to have the only Real Estate in Australia with offices on both sides of the road, this was done to offer more: parking for our clients, easier access instead of walking across a busy road, more room for our staff, to keep our services together and expansion of staff opportunities. In 1998, we were a finalist for the Champion of Champions, with 11 staff including 7 sales people. In 1999, for the second time we won the "Central Coast Most Outstanding Real Estate" along with a host of other awards for EAC Multi-List. |

| In 2001 Heritage joined with many industry training groups. This gives us an opportunity to train our staff both externally and internally to provide new people who would like to get into the industry, a way to establish themselves profitably, professionally and personally with great emphasis on family life. In 2002 Heritage again for the third time won "Central Coast Most Outstanding Real Estate” a very proud moment as only one month prior, Darin Butcher purchased Heritage from his parents George & Tricia as they could see Darin's passion to expand the business and the service provided to the Central Coast community. |

Heritage also in 2002 joined a training system called Synergi First, which develops the personal skills of our team and works on motivation, discipline and lifestyles as individuals. Heritage is widely known and very popular because of it's work on & off the field. In 2005 Heritage once again expanded, this time only 700m up the road to the prominent office of 1 Main Road Toukley (on the Toukley bridge), an office which boasts a very long Real Estate record. The Property Management team was then separated because in its own right this business was huge and needed its own office space & identity. With individual identities in mind, the Sales Division and the Rentals Division took on a different path. Whilst still owned by “The Butchers”, the sales team joined a New Franchise concept called Wiseberry and was the first office to open its doors. Stunning the local community isn’t anything new for the Heritage team but as with two sides of the street, there are those who always doubt our strategic moves. This time, this was done to: Improve our computer technology speed & accuracy, have a vendor login system for our clients, have a united one stop computer facility, the backing of a new and progressive franchise, to have individual training & support on a sales level, administration level, management level, leadership level and to have individual identities from our property management team whilst still linking with them to deliver a great investor service. To prove that the identity change was a success, in 2006 Wiseberry Heritage completed a triple and successfully won “Champion of Champions” Best Real Estate in NSW/ACT for the 3rd time in 4 years. Impressive from a little town called “Gorokan”. Now in 2008, the sales team is currently 9 and we are looking to further expand. We have a property management team of 8 and they are also looking at expanding. We have an administration team of 6, which includes marketing, accounts, office manager, customer service and sales secretaries. We are proud to produce and train our future business leaders of the area and try to hire most of our staff from our local area.
